Rajasthan State Power Companies Recruitment 2026 का इंतजार कर रहे उम्मीदवारों के लिए यह भर्ती काफी महत्वपूर्ण है। राजस्थान की पांच State Power Companies में Junior Engineer-I, Junior Accountant और Junior Assistant/Commercial Assistant-II के कुल 2005 पद निकाले गए हैं। खास बात यह है कि यह भर्ती एक ही कंपनी तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि RVUN, RVPN, JVVN, AVVN और JdVVN में अलग-अलग पदों के लिए Common Recruitment Exercise के माध्यम से की जा रही है।
अगर आपने Engineering, Commerce या Senior Secondary स्तर की पढ़ाई की है और राजस्थान के Power Sector में नौकरी पाने की तैयारी कर रहे हैं, तो इस भर्ती को ध्यान से समझना आपके लिए बहुत जरूरी है। कई बार उम्मीदवार केवल कुल vacancies देखकर आवेदन कर देते हैं, लेकिन बाद में उन्हें पता चलता है कि उनके पद की qualification, age limit, company preference या examination process अलग है। इसलिए इस लेख में हम सिर्फ vacancy या last date बताने तक सीमित नहीं रहेंगे, बल्कि पूरी भर्ती को उम्मीदवार की नजर से समझेंगे।
इस भर्ती की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात शुरुआत में ही स्पष्ट कर दें: कुल 2005 vacancies हैं। इनमें Junior Engineer-I के 869 पद, Junior Accountant के 371 पद और Junior Assistant/Commercial Assistant-II के 765 पद शामिल हैं। Official detailed advertisements में इन पदों की company-wise vacancy और eligibility अलग-अलग दी गई है। इसलिए आवेदन करने से पहले अपने पद की पूरी शर्तें देखना जरूरी है।
भर्ती किस विभाग की है?
यह भर्ती Rajasthan State Power Companies द्वारा आयोजित Common Recruitment Exercise के अंतर्गत है। इन पांच विद्युत निगमों का काम बिजली के Generation, Transmission और Distribution से जुड़ा हुआ है। Official detailed advertisements के अनुसार ये कंपनियां राजस्थान में बिजली व्यवस्था से संबंधित अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों में काम करती हैं।
- RVUN – Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited, बिजली Generation से संबंधित।
- RVPN – Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited, बिजली Transmission से संबंधित।

इन कंपनियों के काम का क्षेत्र अलग-अलग है। उदाहरण के लिए RVUN का operation पूरे Rajasthan में है और इसके प्रमुख generating stations कई जिलों में स्थित हैं। RVPN का transmission network पूरे Rajasthan में है, जबकि JVVN, AVVN और JdVVN अपने-अपने निर्धारित distribution areas में काम करते हैं। इसलिए चयन के बाद posting केवल Jaipur तक सीमित होगी, ऐसा मानना सही नहीं होगा।
यह भर्ती किस उम्मीदवार के लिए है?
इस भर्ती में अलग-अलग educational backgrounds वाले candidates के लिए अवसर हैं। यदि आप Engineering graduate हैं तो Junior Engineer-I आपके लिए मुख्य पद है। Commerce, Business Administration, MBA या M.Com जैसी qualification रखने वाले candidates के लिए Junior Accountant का अवसर है। वहीं Senior Secondary qualification और निर्धारित computer qualification रखने वाले candidates Junior Assistant/Commercial Assistant-II के लिए पात्र हो सकते हैं।
एक जरूरी बात यह है कि केवल basic qualification पूरी होना पर्याप्त नहीं है। Candidate को संबंधित post की computer qualification, Hindi knowledge, Rajasthani culture, age और अन्य recruitment conditions भी पूरी करनी होंगी। इसलिए अपनी qualification को notification में दी गई exact eligibility से मिलाकर ही आवेदन करें।

सबसे जरूरी correction: इस भर्ती की कुल संख्या 2005 है, 2005 से कम नहीं। 869 + 371 + 765 करने पर कुल 2005 vacancies बनती हैं। इसलिए पुराने short notice और detailed advertisements को मिलाकर पढ़ते समय इसी कुल संख्या को आधार बनाना चाहिए।

यहां एक practical बात समझना जरूरी है। Last date को केवल calendar में लिखकर छोड़ देना पर्याप्त नहीं है। Application में registration, details, documents, preference और payment जैसे कई steps हैं। इसलिए बेहतर रहेगा कि candidate आवेदन की शुरुआत के बाद जल्द form complete करे और final submitted application तथा fee receipt अपने पास रखे।

अब उस सवाल पर आते हैं जिसकी वजह से सबसे ज्यादा confusion हुआ था। Official detailed recruitment advertisements के अनुसार कुल 2005 vacancies हैं। Company-wise distribution नीचे दिया गया है:

ऊपर की table को ध्यान से देखें तो Junior Engineer-I में कुल 869 vacancies हैं। इसमें Electrical के 727, Mechanical के 110 और Civil के 32 पद हैं। Junior Accountant के 371 और Junior Assistant/Commercial Assistant-II के 765 पद हैं। इस तरह तीनों पदों को जोड़ने पर कुल संख्या 2005 होती है।
इन vacancies में SC, ST, BC, MBC, EWS, PwBD, TSP, Saharia, In-service, Ex-servicemen, Female और अन्य लागू reservation provisions शामिल हैं। Category-wise विस्तृत distribution बहुत बड़ा है, इसलिए candidate को अपनी category और जिस post/company के लिए preference दे रहा है, उसी table को official advertisement में देखना चाहिए।
Junior Engineer-I Qualification आसान भाषा में
Junior Engineer-I के लिए Electrical, Mechanical और Civil disciplines के अनुसार अलग qualification निर्धारित है। Candidate के पास संबंधित discipline में Full Time four years Engineering Graduation Degree होनी चाहिए। Advertisement में कुछ संबंधित equivalent engineering disciplines और AMIE qualification को भी निर्धारित शर्तों के अनुसार स्वीकार किया गया है।
- Electrical: Electrical और advertisement में स्वीकार की गई संबंधित Electrical disciplines की Engineering Degree/AMIE.
- Mechanical: Mechanical और निर्धारित संबंधित disciplines की Engineering Degree/AMIE.
- Civil: Civil और निर्धारित संबंधित Civil disciplines की Engineering Degree/AMIE.
- Degree/qualification को संबंधित University/Institution तथा लागू recognition requirements को पूरा करना चाहिए।
- Candidate को Hindi written in Devanagari script का working knowledge और Rajasthani culture का knowledge होना चाहिए।
Final year या semester में appearing candidates को भी निर्धारित शर्तों के अनुसार apply करने की अनुमति है, लेकिन document verification तक prescribed qualification प्राप्त करना जरूरी है। यदि verification की निर्धारित date तक qualification हासिल नहीं हुई, तो examination qualify करने के बाद भी candidature reject हो सकती है।
Junior Accountant Qualification
Junior Accountant उन candidates के लिए अच्छा अवसर है जिनकी academic background Commerce या Business Administration में है। Advertisement के अनुसार candidate के पास recognized University से Graduation Degree in Commerce या Business Administration हो सकती है। इसके अलावा कुछ professional qualifications और MBA/M.Com जैसी qualifications भी निर्धारित शर्तों के अनुसार स्वीकार की गई हैं।
इसके साथ computer qualification भी जरूरी है। इसमें DOEACC का O या Higher Level Certificate, NIELIT का relevant certificate, COPA/DPCS, Computer Science/Computer Application qualification, कुछ Senior Secondary/Bachelor level computer subjects, Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering तथा RSCIT जैसी निर्धारित qualifications शामिल हैं।
इसलिए केवल B.Com होने के आधार पर तुरंत form भरने के बजाय पहले यह भी check करें कि आपकी computer qualification notification में स्वीकार की गई category में आती है या नहीं।
Junior Assistant / Commercial Assistant-II Qualification
यह post comparatively ज्यादा candidates के लिए उपयोगी है क्योंकि इसमें basic educational requirement Senior Secondary Examination है। इसके साथ निर्धारित computer qualification जरूरी है। RSCIT, DOEACC O Level या Higher Level, NIELIT computer course, COPA/DPCS, Computer Science/Computer Application qualification तथा notification में बताई गई अन्य accepted qualifications इसके लिए relevant हैं।
Candidate को Hindi written in Devanagari script का working knowledge और Rajasthani culture का knowledge भी होना चाहिए। Final year qualification वाले candidates को निर्धारित शर्तों के अनुसार अवसर मिल सकता है, लेकिन document verification तक qualification पूरी होना जरूरी है।
Age Limit और Age Calculation Example
Age limit post के अनुसार ध्यान से समझनी होगी।
- Junior Accountant और Junior Assistant/Commercial Assistant-II के लिए candidate की minimum age 18 years होनी चाहिए। सामान्य upper age limit 40 years है, लेकिन पिछले वर्षों में direct recruitment न होने के कारण 01 January 2027 के लिए upper age limit को 43 years किया गया है।
- Junior Engineer-I में स्थिति थोड़ी अलग है। इसमें minimum age 21 years है। विभिन्न Nigams और disciplines के लिए upper age limit अलग हो सकती है। Advertisement के अनुसार कुछ Junior Engineer-I categories में upper age limit 40 years और कुछ में 43 years है। इसलिए JE candidate को केवल एक सामान्य age limit देखकर निर्णय नहीं लेना चाहिए।

Age Calculation Example: यदि किसी applicable post में upper age 43 years है और candidate General male category में है, तो 01 January 2027 को उसकी age 43 years से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। यदि candidate SC/ST/BC/MBC/EWS male category में आता है, तो prescribed 5 years relaxation लागू हो सकती है। महिला candidates के लिए category के अनुसार अलग relaxation है। Exact eligibility हमेशा उस post और company की applicable vacancy table से verify करें।
Salary का वास्तविक मतलब
यहां salary को लेकर सबसे ज्यादा ध्यान देने वाली बात Probationer Trainee period है। Selected candidates को शुरुआत में दो वर्षों के लिए Probationer Trainee के रूप में रखा जाता है। इस दौरान fixed remuneration मिलता है। Probation training सफलतापूर्वक पूरी होने के बाद संबंधित Pay Matrix के minimum basic pay पर fixation किया जाता है।

इसके अलावा applicable rules के अनुसार allowances और अन्य benefits मिलते हैं। इसलिए candidate को केवल fixed remuneration देखकर पूरी career salary का अनुमान नहीं लगाना चाहिए। Probation period और regular pay structure अलग-अलग stages हैं।
Selection Process
तीनों posts के लिए selection process बिल्कुल एक जैसा नहीं है। इसलिए यहां एक सामान्य flow समझिए, लेकिन final selection में संबंधित post का detailed examination pattern लागू होगा।
- Online Examination: संबंधित post के लिए computer based competitive examination आयोजित होगा।
- Merit List: prescribed examination stages और applicable weightage के आधार पर merit तैयार होगी।
- Document Verification: merit में आने वाले candidates के original documents verify किए जाएंगे।
- Final Selection: eligibility, merit, company preference और available vacancies के अनुसार appointment process आगे बढ़ेगा।
Interview नहीं है। Official provisions के अनुसार इन posts के selection process में personal interview का प्रावधान नहीं रखा गया है।
Exam Pattern
Junior Engineer-I Exam Pattern
Junior Engineer-I की online competitive examination की duration 2 hours है और question paper objective type MCQ आधारित होगा। परीक्षा दो parts में होगी:
- Part-A – 60% Weightage: संबंधित Engineering discipline का professional knowledge. इसका standard संबंधित Engineering Degree level का रहेगा।
- Part-B – 40% Weightage: Reasoning & Mental Ability, Mathematics, General Knowledge & Everyday Science, Hindi General और English General.
- Mathematics का स्तर Class XII बताया गया है, जबकि Hindi और English General का स्तर Class X के अनुसार है।
- Negative Marking: प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए negative marking लागू है।
- Final merit में Part-A और Part-B दोनों के marks शामिल होंगे।
Junior Accountant Exam Pattern
Junior Accountant की online examination भी 2 hours की है। इसमें दो parts हैं:
- Part-A – 60% Weightage: Corporate Accounting, Income Tax, Cost Accounting, Auditing, Management Accounting, Advanced Cost Accounting, Cost and Management Audit, Computer Application in Accounting, Taxation Law and Practice तथा Advanced Financial Accounting जैसे विषय।
- Part-B – 40% Weightage: Reasoning & Mental Ability, Mathematics, General Knowledge & Everyday Science, Hindi General और English General.
- Part-A का standard Graduation Degree level है।
- Negative marking लागू है।
- Final merit में Part-A और Part-B के marks जोड़े जाते हैं।
Junior Assistant / Commercial Assistant-II Exam Pattern
इस post की selection process बाकी दोनों posts से अलग और थोड़ी लंबी है। इसमें Phase-I CBT और Phase-II Type Writing Test होता है। Phase-I में Pre-examination और Main-examination होते हैं।
- Pre-examination: screening और shortlisting के लिए होता है। इसके marks final selection में weightage नहीं रखते।
- Main Examination: final selection के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है।
- Pre और Main दोनों CBT objective type examinations हैं।
- Main Examination को final merit में 40% weightage मिलता है।
- Type Writing Test को final merit में 60% weightage मिलता है।
- Type Writing में Hindi और English दोनों में speed तथा efficiency tests होते हैं।
- Hindi Speed Test – 10 minutes, 25 marks और Hindi Efficiency Test – 10 minutes, 25 marks.
- English Speed Test – 10 minutes, 25 marks और English Efficiency Test – 10 minutes, 25 marks.
- Pre-examination में negative marking नहीं है, जबकि Main Examination में wrong answer के लिए negative marking है।
- Final selection में Main Examination, Type Writing Test, company preference और available vacancies की भूमिका रहती है।
Minimum Passing Marks
सिर्फ examination देना पर्याप्त नहीं है। Candidates को निर्धारित minimum qualifying marks भी प्राप्त करने होंगे। Official provisions के अनुसार UR candidates के लिए 30% और SC/ST/BC/MBC/EWS/Ex-servicemen/PwBD categories के लिए 20% minimum marks का प्रावधान है, संबंधित examination stages और parts पर लागू नियमों के अनुसार।
इसका मतलब यह है कि preparation करते समय केवल overall score पर ध्यान न दें। जिस part या stage में minimum qualifying requirement है, उसमें भी सुरक्षित score बनाए रखना जरूरी है।
Application Process
- सबसे पहले संबंधित Rajasthan Vidyut Nigam official recruitment portal पर जाएं।
- अपने post के अनुसार Apply Online option चुनें।
- New Registration करके अपना name, contact details और email ID भरें।
- System द्वारा दिए गए Registration Number और Password को सुरक्षित रखें।
- Application form में personal, educational और category से संबंधित details भरें।
- Photo, signature, left thumb impression और handwritten declaration निर्धारित specification के अनुसार upload करें।
- जिस company में appointment की preference है, उसे बहुत ध्यान से चुनें। Preference बाद में बदलने का अवसर नहीं दिया जाएगा।
- Application preview में प्रत्येक detail check करें।
- Final Submit करने के बाद applicable application fee online pay करें।
- Payment सफल होने के बाद E-Receipt और Online Application Form का print या सुरक्षित digital copy जरूर रखें।
एक महत्वपूर्ण नियम यह भी है कि एक ही post के लिए multiple applications करना नुकसानदायक हो सकता है। Candidate अलग-अलग posts के लिए अलग applications कर सकता है, लेकिन उसी post के लिए multiple applications की स्थिति में previous fee forfeited हो सकती है और केवल latest valid completed application retain की जा सकती है।

Important: Rajasthan के बाहर के SC/ST/BC/MBC/EWS candidates को reservation benefit के संबंध में notification के नियम लागू होंगे और उन्हें Unreserved category के रूप में treat किया जा सकता है। BC/MBC creamy layer candidates को भी reserved benefit नहीं मिलेगा और applicable fee General category के अनुसार होगी।
Application fee once paid सामान्यतः refundable नहीं है। Payment के दौरान E-Receipt generate होना बहुत जरूरी है। यदि E-Receipt generate नहीं होती, तो payment failure हो सकता है और candidate को अपने registration credentials से दोबारा payment process check करना चाहिए।
कौन-से Documents लगेंगे?
- 10th Marksheet/Certificate – Date of Birth verification के लिए।
- 12th Marksheet/Certificate – जहां संबंधित post के लिए लागू हो।
- Engineering Degree/AMIE documents – Junior Engineer-I candidates के लिए।
- Graduation/MBA/M.Com/Professional Qualification documents – Junior Accountant candidates के लिए applicable qualification के अनुसार।
- Computer Qualification Certificate – RSCIT, NIELIT, DOEACC, COPA/DPCS या अन्य accepted qualification के अनुसार।
- Category Certificate – SC/ST/BC/MBC/EWS candidates के लिए applicable format में।
- Bonafide Resident Certificate – जहां applicable हो।
- PwBD Certificate – यदि disability reservation claim किया जा रहा है।
- Ex-servicemen documents – यदि applicable हों।
- Marriage/Divorce/Widow related documents – यदि applicable हों।
- Application Form और E-Receipt – Document Verification के समय।
- Valid Photo ID – Examination और Document Verification के समय।
Document Verification के लिए केवल original documents लेकर जाना पर्याप्त नहीं है। Official instructions के अनुसार candidates को required documents के साथ self-attested photocopies के sets भी तैयार रखने चाहिए। Qualification documents में यदि percentage स्पष्ट नहीं है, तो University/Institution का percentage conversion certificate भी जरूरी हो सकता है।
Official Notification में क्या महत्वपूर्ण है?
इस recruitment में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि company preference final और irrevocable है। Application भरते समय candidate को companies की preference देनी होगी और बाद में उसे बदलने का दूसरा अवसर नहीं दिया जाएगा। इसलिए केवल ज्यादा vacancies देखकर preference न भरें। अपने रहने के स्थान, qualification, संभावित work area और उपलब्ध vacancies को ध्यान में रखते हुए preference भरना ज्यादा समझदारी है।
दूसरी महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि vacancies requirement और availability के अनुसार बढ़ या घट सकती हैं। इसलिए table में दिखाई गई vacancy को final lifetime guarantee की तरह नहीं समझना चाहिए। Official recruitment rules में संबंधित Nigam को परिस्थितियों के अनुसार vacancy changes से संबंधित अधिकार दिए गए हैं।
तीसरी बात, application में गलत या अधूरी information देने पर candidature किसी भी stage पर reject हो सकती है। यहां तक कि joining के बाद भी यदि कोई महत्वपूर्ण eligibility issue सामने आता है, तो service पर कार्रवाई हो सकती है।
महत्वपूर्ण सावधानियाँ
- एक ही post के लिए multiple application न करें।
- Company preference भरने से पहले अच्छी तरह सोचें क्योंकि बाद में change का अवसर नहीं है।
- Name, Father/Husband Name और Date of Birth को certificates के अनुसार ही भरें।
- Final Submit से पहले पूरा form दोबारा check करें।
- Photo, signature, thumb impression और handwritten declaration साफ और prescribed format में upload करें।
- Handwritten declaration candidate की अपनी handwriting में और निर्धारित भाषा में होना चाहिए।
- Payment के समय browser को बार-बार refresh या back न करें।
- E-Receipt generate होने के बाद ही payment को successful मानें।
- Exam centre की preference बहुत ध्यान से दें। Official rules के अनुसार administrative convenience के कारण अलग centre भी allot किया जा सकता है।
- Examination में mobile phone या prohibited electronic device लेकर न जाएं।
- Unfair means, impersonation या गलत information candidature को गंभीर नुकसान पहुंचा सकती है।
- Registered email और mobile number recruitment पूरी होने तक active रखें क्योंकि call letter और important Apply Online इन्हीं माध्यमों से मिल सकते हैं।
Exam Preparation के लिए Practical Guidance
अगर आप इस भर्ती की तैयारी शुरू कर रहे हैं तो सबसे पहले अपने post को final करें। JE candidates को Professional Knowledge को सबसे ज्यादा समय देना चाहिए क्योंकि Part-A का weightage 60% है। इसके साथ Rajasthan GK, Reasoning, Mathematics और Language sections को लगातार revise करना जरूरी है।
Junior Accountant candidates को Accounting और related professional subjects को priority देनी चाहिए। Part-A का 60% weightage होने के कारण केवल सामान्य ज्ञान पढ़ने से selection की तैयारी पूरी नहीं होगी। वहीं Part-B में Reasoning, Mathematics, GK, Hindi और English को भी नजरअंदाज नहीं किया जा सकता।
Junior Assistant candidates के लिए preparation थोड़ी अलग होगी। Pre-examination में अच्छा score करके Main Examination तक पहुंचना जरूरी है, लेकिन final selection के लिए Main Examination और Type Writing Test दोनों महत्वपूर्ण हैं। चूंकि Type Writing का final merit में 60% weightage है, इसलिए typing practice को आखिरी समय के लिए छोड़ना बड़ी गलती होगी। Hindi और English दोनों typing की नियमित practice शुरू से करें।
एक practical तरीका यह है कि रोज पढ़ाई के समय को तीन हिस्सों में बांटें: पहला हिस्सा professional subject के लिए, दूसरा general sections के लिए और तीसरा mock test या typing practice के लिए। इस तरह preparation ज्यादा balanced रहेगी।
