Vacancy Details & Salary Structure

GSRTC में selected candidates को शुरुआत में 5 years के contract period के लिए fixed pay पर नियुक्त किया जाएगा।

• Fixed Salary: ₹26,000/- per month (पहले 5 years के contract period के लिए)
• Conductor Total Seats: 4,318 Vacancies
• Driver Total Seats: 4,588 Vacancies

5 years की संतोषजनक सेवा पूरी होने के बाद, उम्मीदवारों को नियमित scale पर regular appointment दी जाएगी।

Eligibility Criteria (पात्रता मानदंड)

1. GSRTC Conductor Post

• Educational Qualification: मान्यता प्राप्त board से कम से कम Class 12th (10+2) pass होना आवश्यक है।
• Age Limit: 18 से 35 years । (Reserved categories और women candidates को सरकारी नियमों के अनुसार upper age limit में relaxation मिलेगा)।
• Mandatory Licences: RTO द्वारा जारी valid Conductor License और Badge होना अनिवार्य है।
• Medical Fitness: Eye vision बिल्कुल clear होनी चाहिए ।

2. GSRTC Driver Post

• Educational Qualification:
  

  • न्यूनतम Class 12th (10+2) pass ।

  • Male Candidates: Minimum 162 cm (ST category के लिए 160 cm)

 Selection Process & Syllabus

दोनों पदों के लिए selection process और criteria अलग-अलग हैं:

1. Conductor Selection Path

इसका selection पूरी तरह से 100% weightage के साथ 100 marks की OMR based objective written exam के merit पर आधारित है ।  

• Exam Duration: 1 Hour   
• Negative Marking: प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए 0.25 marks काटे जाएंगे । यदि आप उत्तर नहीं देना चाहते तो 'E' option select कर सकते हैं, जिससे negative marking नहीं होगी ।

2. Driver Selection Path

इसका selection Written Exam (40% Weightage) और Automatic Driving Test (60% Weightage) को मिलाकर तैयार merit list से होगा। Written exam के merit के आधार पर 1:2 के अनुपात में candidates को driving test के लिए short-list किया जाएगा। 

• Driving Test Criteria: 50 marks के driving test में न्यूनतम 35 marks लाना अनिवार्य है।
• Negative Marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer ।
